The "Vortex Tube"
internals use high-energy momentum of fluids to produce
sufficient ΔP between liquid and gas. This results in
superior separation.
No Foam, No Additives. The Vortex Tube
has three effective stages of operation. In the first
stage all the free liquid and essentially all of the
entrained liquid is spun out of the gas by centrifugal
force created by the tangential entry into the
separator. In the second stage the remaining entrained
liquid in the gas is spun out under the influence of
increased centrifugal force (high velocity vortex). In
the third stage the last separation process is completed
as the gas exits in the outlet tube and the remaining
entrained liquid is recycled through the gap
entering the lower pressure upper chamber.
The liquid chamber is designed to handle the liquid
flow as per your design requirements. This chamber may
be designed for liquid / liquid separation or to
handle very large liquid flows.

efficiency of 99.99% removal of solids and liquid
particles down to 2 - 3 micron.
